Belleair Beach

Belleair Beach is a quaint beach town of just over 1750 people that is just south of Clearwater’s Sand Key community, from the east you’ll come over the stunning new high span Belleair Causeway Bridge with it’s Public Boat launch. Just north of Indian Rocks Beach, Belleair Beach is a barrier islands with the intercoastal on the east side and the Gulf of Mexico on the west. The majority of Belleair Beach is made up of single family homes many of which are luxury homes on water with easy access to the Gulf through Clearwater Pass. There are also a handful of condo communities located along the beach.

This small residential beach town is just a little over ½ sq mile in size and still boasts 11 parks, 2 tennis courts, basketball court and community center which holds everything from exercise classes to private functions. The City of Belleair Beach has it’s own license plate as well as it’s own marina with 20 community boats slips it rents.
