Clearwater is a dynamic city is located in the middle of Pinellas County and is one of the three main cities refered to as “Tampa Bay” (Tampa – St Petersburg – Clearwater). It’s home to about 109,000 people and is the Pinellas County seat. Clearwater is bordered by beautiful Tampa Bay to the east and Clearwater Beach with it’s sugar white sand and crystal clear Gulf of Mexico on the west. Clearwater Beach is part of the City of Clearwater and has been recognized as Best City Beach on the Gulf of Mexico holding nightly sunset celebrations at Pier 60.
Clearwater is centrally located making it a favorite for those individuals relocating to the Tampa Bay area. It’s just 30 just minutes to almost everything including downtown Tampa or St Petersburg. Clearwater also has a variety of options in homes and condos in all price ranges from under $100,000 to multi-million dollar luxury estates – many of which are on our beaches or open waters. You can choose to live on the inter-coastal waterways, in a neighborhood with state-of-the-art recreation centers, on a golf course or have the sand and waves of the Gulf of Mexico at your back door.
There is something for everyone here and while this area is completely built out the City of Clearwater preserved lots of green space including public parks, bike trails, boat ramps, baseball fields, community pools, sailing center, golf courses and so much more. Clearwater has some of the best boating waters including deep sailboat water in Tampa Bay.
