Indian Rocks Beach is about one square mile of classic Florida beach living. It is home to almost 5000 people and is vibrant community with lots to offer someone moving to the area. The city made some strategic choices in the height of the 2005-2007 boom to keep their small town beach feel and limit height and density of condos on their beaches and focus on it’s residents and local business owners. Indian Rocks Beach offers a wide selection of homes, townhomes and condos in all price ranges from under $150,000 to multi-million dollar luxury estates – many of which are on our beaches or open waters.
This city has lots to offer full time as well as seasonal residents from miles of pristine beaches to it’s own art center, library, leash free dog park, state-of-the-art skateboard park, tennis courts, playgrounds, boat ramp, handball court and nature park all open to the public. Indian Rocks Beach also have lots of great dining and shopping along Gulf Blvd. There is always something going on in this charming beach town which also offers easy access to Tampa from the North and South.
