  13. Wow – thanks for all the interest in our Clearwater Beach Condos. Yes there are some condos that are 55+ only communities. Margaret – our barrier islands are not large enough for a golf course – however if you want waterfront and a golf course condo community – we have several on Tampa Bay that offer both! 🙂

    As for gulffront condos – Terry lookout they are approaching lakefront prices – you’ll have some stiff competition and our beaches are nice ALL year long (lol)

    When looking for best buy it depends on what your needs are. For example if you are an investor / seasonal owner who wants to rent the condos when you are not using it then communities that allow weekly rental are important; do you want to have a boat slip – that limits choices? So it’s really a question that is answered – it depends – when I know what someone’s needs and goals are then we research and dig to learn sellers motivation, financial strength of the condo association, any upcoming issues or concerns and what’s the best value or bargain for that complex.

    If you’re doing a quick pick – I would use dollars per square foot to find those below average as a starting point.
