Especially this time of year my friends up north tell me that it’s “not fair that you get to sell Clearwater Beach real estate!” It’s a rough life but someones got to do it – and the fact that their are currently more and more bargains due to motivated sellers along with properties that are bank owned, pre-foreclosures and short sales means now is a great time to buy your resort vacation home (grin:-D).
I enjoy the fact that I get to spend most of my time sharing information about buying Sand Key or Clearwater Beach Condos that are for sale or what’s happening in our best neighborhoods like Grovewood where these Clearwater home owners are busy painting their new wall (spring fever is catching on).
Today I have been experimenting with ways to share my favorite photos (you know I have a lot of them) especially of Clearwater Beach Florida. I don’t know how many of you have ever used Flickr, it’s a free photo sharing service now owned by Yahoo. In addition several people have written tools to make your photos more shareable. I used on Flickr Album Maker and it also offers the option to create a Flckr Slide Show.
